12 Dec Report From Devastated Earthquake Region
Despite the devastating earthquake befalling Albania just a few short weeks ago, the light of the Good News is shining brightly in the stricken regions as Christian Adventures Associate Evangelists carry both the Gospel and humanitarian aid to weary souls and needy lives.
We have received this appeal from Evangelist Johannes Kudrin and several Albanian pastors on location.
“Albania needs your prayers. How many worries, tens of thousands of victims, many died under the rubble, destroyed buildings. In one of the families, 7 relatives died. In another family a miracle happened: a 10-year-old boy was on the 5th floor and remained unharmed, although the house was completely destroyed.
It is not easy to be in the middle this difficult test in Albania. But a little help and words of comfort can do a lot. We love Albania and bless her!”

Presently, an additional shipping container of humanitarian resources is being prepared for shipment, to bring added relief to the suffering Albanians before Christmas.
The primary container-related costs are as follows (including trucking 4 ministry tents to the container site for shipping to Albania):
- Purchase of 40’ container (for shipping and storage) – $2,800
- Container shipping cost from Norway to Albania – $4,500
Trucking 4 tents to Norway from Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania – $2,000
Plans are underway for Kevin and I to conduct major evangelism outreaches in Albania while the hearts are open; and according to one of the pastors I spoke with yesterday the Muslims are bringing massive aid and finances to help the people rebuild and to show them the love of Allah. It is critical for us to act now!!
