CAN YOU IMAGINE SPENDING A YEAR FOCUSING ON BEING GRATEFUL?

22 Nov CAN YOU IMAGINE SPENDING A YEAR FOCUSING ON BEING GRATEFUL?

What kind of fruit would this produce? What destination would you find yourself arriving at?

As we approach this Thanksgiving weekend and we think about the hustle and bustle of dinner, relatives, black Friday and football protests, let’s remember to reflect on what makes this day so special!

Here are a few simple questions that might make that reflection possible for you and your family.

  • What are you thankful for regarding those closest to you?
  • What special qualities of friends and family make this Thanksgiving special?
  • What key moments in life are you grateful for?
  • Could it be the day you were saved, the day you married, the day your spouse proposed or the birth of your first child?

This has been a year of national disasters, continued terrorist attacks and political turmoil yet in this midst of all these things there is something we can be grateful for!

We are grateful for you and for your commitment to see the lost find Christ!

Enjoy this Thanksgiving Weekend and remember:

We “cease not to give thanks for you, making mention of you in our prayers.” Eph 1:16
