08 Sep Healed From the Inside Out
There was a young man at one of our services who was mentally ill. Because of his illness, he could not speak clearly. It was almost impossible to understand what he was saying. His life was terrible: he lived in the streets, feeding from the trash cans. That poor sick man came to our tent service. We didn’t pray for him, in fact I didn’t even know he was there in our meeting. But the Lord touched him then!
After the service, he came up to the platform to give a testimony about his miracle. He was so happy! He still was not able to talk very clearly and only mumbled with great excitement. People did not understand what was happening and what that man was trying to say. He was just very happy and was pointing at his heart. We understood that God had touched his heart. Nothing changed from the outside; he still looked the same to people around him, but something happened on the inside of him.
Later that night when he went to sleep, Jesus came to him in his dream and said, “I am your healer.” When he woke up the next morning he felt that he was completely healed. That same night the young man came back to our tent service and walked up to the platform. I saw him and thought, “What is he going to say? How will we understand him?” He took a microphone in his hands and said, “Last night Jesus came to me and took the fog out of my mind. Now for the first time in my life, I can think clearly!”
