Volunteers are the force that makes outreach possible! In England in 1852, William Booth left the traditional church to minister to the hurting and lost. Over a 10-year period, he and his wife trained 1,000 evangelists and created a volunteer army. Kevin and I believe that the heartbeat of domestic missions will be the resurgence of volunteer armies that rise up with passion for the lost!
