God in us is the continual source of life. We’re like an extension cord. The cord has potential power—present but not seen or used until plugged into something that will put a draw on it. All the power that is in God is in us when we are plugged into Jesus. When we in turn plug into others with the truth of God’s Word, the power of God flows through us to meet their needs in the exact same way it flowed through Jesus when He was on the earth!
