Opportunity

26 Oct Opportunity

Opportunity is seldom convenient or cheap. Typically it comes disguised as hard work!

When we announced our desire to begin the 100 tent project, my husband was suddenly taken ill and rushed to the hospital needing an emergency appendectomy. I found myself at the helm of a new project with the enemy of my faith trying to take my husband’s life! The cost of the project and our ignorance of how to even set up a tent was just the beginning of our challenges. We faced great new opportunities with governments, finances, and naysayers; while all of this was wrapped up in old-fashioned dirty, hard work!

What was this successful businesswoman, bible teacher and athlete doing setting up a dirty tent with her own hands while leading a band of young, energetic, inexperienced evangelists?

I want to challenge you today to pursue your dream despite the cost! After seeing over one million souls reached through the tents and with the joy of training dozens of young Eurasian evangelistic teams, I can tell you it is worth the price!

Never Give Up! You matter in God’s Big Kingdom Business!
